Welcome to the
Dorset Beer Festival
3rd and 4th July 2026
The Dorset Beer Festival is a much-loved annual event held at the Hall & Woodhouse Brewery in Blandford St Mary, Dorset. Originally launched in 2013 to celebrate the opening of our new brewery, the festival has since grown into a staple of the local calendar, bringing together beer lovers from across the region for a day of great drinks, live music, and delicious food.
At its heart, the festival is a celebration of real ale and cider, showcasing our own Badger and Outland Beers alongside a handpicked selection from other local brewers.
More than just a beer event, it’s also a chance to support good causes — with over £55,000 raised for local charities like Dorset Mind, the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance, Macmillan Cancer Support, and most recently The Huntington’s Disease Association.
With over 1,400 attendees in recent years, the festival continues to reflect the values that have been part of Hall & Woodhouse since 1777: quality, community, and a true passion for brewing.
Message from Head Brewer, Toby Heasman
Hello! I'm Toby, Head Brewer at the Badger Brewery, and it's my pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 Dorset Beer Festival.
This year's festival is a celebration of exceptional beer - and a chance to make a real difference. We're raising vital funds for two remarkable charities: the Aortic Dissection Charitable Trust and Julia's House. Every ticket and pint bought supports these important causes, so thank you for being here.
We're thrilled to welcome more than 20 outstanding breweries, all of whom have generously donated their finest beers and ciders to support the cause, including Timothy Taylor's, St. Austell and Theakston's, alongside old favourites and brand-new brews from our very own Badger and Outland.
And of course, there's plenty of delicious food and live music across both days to keep things lively. Whatever brings you here, we're glad you made it. See you at the bar!
